This testimony is to encourage all who are believing God concerning financial prosperity. Bill and I have been Christians for 17 years now. Although we should have been diligent tithers from the start, we really did not understand God's system of financial prosperity. We would set the tithe aside, but if we needed it, we would use it. Every time we touched God's tithe, something negative would happen. At the time, we never related our using God's tithe to the negative circumstances.

Last summer, we started out for our yearly vacation to Florida and once again we had God's tithe with us. We intended to use it if we needed it, but always with the good intention of paying it back. Not more than five miles from our home our custom van stopped running and the electrical wiring harness caught on fire. Needless to say, that was the end of that vacation. We towed the van to the Ford dealership.

While at the dealership, we saw an Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer that we both really liked. We laid our hands on the vehicle and believed God for it to be ours, debt-free. Just after this, the Lord spoke to Bill and told him that the tithe was holy (Leviticus 27:30) and we were not to rob Him of it again. My husband told me what the Lord spoke to his heart and then confirmed it with scripture (Malachi 3 :8-12). We finally realized that every time we used God's tithe, we were cursed. God could not help us finances because we were not doing His Word concerning tithing. We made a decision to never touch God's tithe again. At the same time the Lord spoke to us again and directed us to give $375.00 to meet the need for a car payment for a new automobile. This was a seed that He told us we could believe Him for the hundred-fold return on. We tithed and gave offerings faithfully and believed God for the return. We did this diligently for eight months.

In April, our harvest came in. We had attended evening service at church and on our way home our seven-year old daughter was hungry for McDonalds. We could find one in New Jersey, so we came home and went to McDonalds in our neighborhood. At the same time, McDonalds was ending their monopoly contest, so there was a sticker on the fries which Christina peeled off. She asked for the paper board McDonalds gave out during the contest so that she could put the sticker on. I told her that I threw it out the day before. She continued to ask me to get it out of the trash. Monday, before leaving for school she asked me again to look through the trash and get it. In the afternoon, I took the trash out because Tuesday was trash day. I knew she would bug me again when she returned from school, so I went through the bags. There it was, and not even dirty with food. I looked at it and realized that we had won. Glory to God! Can you imagine what the .prize was? It was a Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer worth $37,500.00! The exact vehicle we believed God for last summer and the hundred-fold return on our seed offering of $375.00. The chances of winning were one in 88 million, but to our Lord it was simple. We operated in Kingdom principles concerning financial prosperity and His Word did not return empty!

I watch your television program on BET. I has been a great blessing to me. I really enjoy your teaching; it has been a great source of inspiration. I have been out of work since June. Both of my legs stopped working on July 5th . During the my hospital stay, the doctor told me that I would not be able to walk again unless I have surgery on my back. I refused the surgery and on July 12th, I walked out the hospital praising God and I have been walking every since, Glory to God! Thank God for His Word, He is faithful to His Word.

Another testimony- In January, I was told by a doctor that I had cancer in my large intestine. In March, I had been scheduled for the operation. Before it was to be done, they did another test and they couldn't find a trace of it in my body. I am so thankful!

I have just watched one of Bill Winston's shows in my country from a video tape that my husband recorded when he visited America this year.

I viewed the television where you were ministering and all of it blessed me. I really wanted you to stay on so that I could hear more. However, 30 minutes was all the time allotted. That was on Wednesday. I said, I wanted to sow $50.00 into your ministry. I told my husband, and on Thursday a check for $95.00 came in the mail from someone that my husband had done work for.

I praise the Lord for providing the money to send to your ministry to do God's work. Blessings are just running us down!

At the time, I was living with my (so-called) girlfriend for 2 years or so; I had been in that relationship for 41/2 years. From that day forward, I became celibate and soon after we broke up and she moved out. This was by far the most difficult choices I had to make in my Christian walk, but I had to do what was right in God's eyes. The truth has set me free. The Lord has given me a love like no other.
